What's the pricing for each package? +
Pricing varies based on your event date, duration, and specific needs. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a personalized quote that fits your budget and vision.
Can I customize a package? +
Absolutely! We're not one-size-fits-all. These packages are starting points—we'll work with you to create exactly what your event needs.
Do I have to use your vendors? +
No! With "Just the Space," you can bring anyone you'd like. For our other packages, we're happy to introduce you to our trusted vendor network (often with better pricing due to our relationships), but you're always welcome to bring your own.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for peak seasons (spring/summer/holidays), but we've accommodated events with just a few weeks' notice. Reach out and we'll see what we can do!
What's included in setup and cleanup? +
Your rental includes time before and after your event for setup and cleanup. We'll provide the space clean and ready. With our coordination packages, we manage vendor setup/breakdown. The space should be returned to us in the condition you received it.
Can I tour the space before booking? +
We highly encourage it! Seeing the space in person helps you envision your event. Schedule a tour and we'll walk through the venue, discuss your vision, and answer all your questions.
